What is a concierge?
A concierge performs tasks and errands on your behalf to help you save valuable time and money.
Why should I pay someone else to do the things I already can do?
Simple! It is a matter of time and balance. If you value either of those two things than you will see how our service can give you back both time and balance in your life. There is no doubt you can take care of your own errands, tasks and planning of those romantic dinners and parties, but they are all time consuming. So why not let Fine Balance take care of these things for you and free up your valuable time!
How much time do I need?
You can buy one hour at a time depending on your needs or you can also purchase blocks of time and bank the hours for later use. This way you can feel comfortable knowing we can continue on with your work without any interruptions and get the most value for your time.
How much does it cost to hire a concierge company?
Our hourly rate is $50.00 and we have packaged blocks of time available for purchase at a discounted rate. We strive to give you as much service as possible in as little of time needed.
We also offer a la carte services which can be discussed on our initial contact.
Please note that all materials, expenses and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
What types of payment do you take?
We take cash, credit card, personal cheque and gift certificates.
We also offer our clients a pre paid concierge account to hold funds that can be used towards hours. Once this account is depleted we can top it up for you via your credit card on file.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and make certain our vendors have the appropriate insurance as well.
Can I request anything?
Yes, as long as it is legal and ethical. Fine Balance Concierge will fulfill all of your requests or will find you a source that can.
